Privacy Request
Data subjects can use this channel to exercise applicable privacy rights.
PackKUB first determines whether the request concerns data for which PackKUB acts as Controller or data processed on behalf of a Merchant.
1. Request types
- Access my data.
- Obtain a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete, destroy or anonymize data where applicable.
- Restrict processing.
- Object to processing.
- Withdraw consent.
- Object to direct marketing.
- Request portability where applicable.
- Other privacy-related requests.
2. How to submit
Email [email protected] with your name, contact details, relevant organization/store, request type and enough information for us to locate the relevant data without sending unnecessary personal data.
If you are a customer or buyer of a Merchant using PackKUB, identify the relevant Merchant/store because that Merchant is normally the Controller for order and customer data.
3. Identity verification
To prevent unauthorized disclosure or changes, PackKUB or the relevant Merchant may request additional information necessary to verify identity and relationship to the data. We will seek only what is reasonably needed for verification.
4. Controller vs Processor requests
For PackKUB account, billing, security, support or other data for which PackKUB is Controller, we will handle the request under our own obligations.
For customer/buyer data that PackKUB processes on behalf of a Merchant, we will normally coordinate or route the request to that Merchant as Controller and assist under the DPA.
5. Response timing
PackKUB aims to acknowledge requests promptly and, as an internal operating target, within 3 business days once sufficient information is available to begin review.
For ordinary requests, our operating target is completion within 30 days or sooner where applicable law requires. Complex requests or lawful limitations may require additional time, in which case we will communicate as appropriate.
6. Limitations
Some rights are subject to legal conditions or exceptions, such as statutory record-retention duties, legal claims or the rights and freedoms of others. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will provide the explanation required by applicable law.
