Subprocessor List

A Subprocessor is a provider PackKUB may use to process personal data on behalf of a Merchant in providing PackKUB. This public list covers key external providers and does not list software components that PackKUB installs and operates itself.

Purpose: production infrastructure and server hosting used to provide PackKUB.

Processing location depends on the infrastructure region actually assigned. PackKUB maintains more precise infrastructure/vendor records internally and applies appropriate safeguards where cross-border transfers are involved.

Purpose: network connectivity, tunnel/proxy services, security, attack mitigation and transport of PackKUB traffic.

Relevant data may include network information such as IP addresses, request metadata and information required to route or protect connections.

Purpose: Google authentication and Gmail/SMTP or related email services used for transactional and account communications.

The exact processing depends on the Google services enabled and their applicable terms.

Purpose: subscription and payment processing and related payment transactions.

For certain regulated or payment functions, the payment provider may act independently as a Controller or under its own payment-sector obligations.

Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE and other services a Merchant chooses to connect are not automatically PackKUB subprocessors in every circumstance. The Merchant directs the integration and each platform may process data under its own role and terms.

AI or MCP providers connected by a Merchant using the Merchant’s own account also do not automatically become PackKUB subprocessors merely because they are connected.

PackKUB may add, replace or discontinue providers as needed for service delivery, security or performance and will update this public list when relevant changes occur.
